Lil Mosey Says His Alleged Rape Victim Admitted to Prior Consensual Sex

Back in April, a woman alleged Lil Mosey raped her. She said she blacked out from drinking and when she woke up, Mosey and another man were having sex with her. But in some recent news, Lil Mosey claims his alleged rape victim admitted to having consensual sex with him in the past, according to TMZ. The rapper said he met her a while back at one of his concerts and they had consensual sex multiple times. He said the second time he had sex with her was in a car and it was the same night of the alleged rape, which she said was in a cabin. However, Lil Mosey wants arguing the evidence of a prior consensual sexual relationship should be admitted because he believes it helps him defend against the allegation she did not consent. But prosecutors say the alleged victim's prior sexual activity is irrelevant to whether she consented because if she blacked out from drinking, she'd be incapable of giving consent. A hearing will take place next month and a decision will be made.
