R&B singer R. Kelly might be released from prison. The federal charges against R. Kelly might be dropped.
R. Kelly's case is up for appeals. Kelly's lawyers are arguing in spite of his actions with minors; R. Kelly was not apart of a criminal enterprise, but the sole actor. Kelly was convicted last year. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
