'AT40' Recap: Post Malone Made Chart History This Week

This week we literally say goodbye to "Goodbyes" Post Malone's collab with Young Thug, the track spent 29 weeks on the chart and peaked at #4 back in October. Also falling off this week is "Teeth" by 5 Seconds of Summer and "Make It Right" by BTS featuring Lauv.

New this week, Justin Bieber and Quavo debut with "Intentions," giving Justin four simultaneous hits along with "Yummy," "10,000 Hours" and "I Don’t Care." He is the first act to pull that off since Ariana Grande had five hits on the countdown exactly a year ago this week.

Khalid and Disclosure also crack the chart with "Know Your Worth" and the highest debut goes to "Rare" by Selena Gomez's coming in at #26.

Lizzo continues to climb the chart, scoring the biggest mover of the week with "Cuz I Love You" jumping up 9 spots to #25.

In the Top 3, Dua Lipa climbs into the #3 spot with "Don't Start Now," while Maroon 5 drops down 1 spot to #2 after spending last week in the top spot.

And Post Malone rebounds to #1 for a second time with "Circles." No act on this chart has hit #1 three times with the same song in 65 years, long before American Top 40 debuted. Back in 1955, The Four Aces did it with "Love Is A Many Splendored Thing."
