Blake Lively is proud to be an "Instagram boyfriend." This week, the actress snapped some photos of her husband Ryan Reynolds hitting the gym in preparation for Deadpool 3. In a since-expired Instagram Story, Lively joked, "Find yourself a better Instagram boyfriend than me. I'll wait," per E! News. She went on to hilariously add, "Bc I know low key capturing thirst content of your fine a— husband is not just photography it's a public service."
In a later Instagram post, Reynolds shared the photos Lively captured for her story and gave her photo credit as "my Instagram boyfriend." The actor also shared a heartfelt message to his trainer in the caption and confirmed that the forthcoming Deadpool movie is in the works following the end of the writers' and actors' strikes.
Earlier this year, Reynolds opened up about his and Lively's family life with their four children James (8), Inez (6), Betty (3), and their new baby who arrived in in February 2023. While attending the Bring Change to Mind Revels & Revelations 11 event in October, the actor gave some insight into his approach to parenting.
“I think it’s more about talking to them about everything," Reynolds told People at the event. "It’s genuine when I say I take a huge interest in their days and how things are going.” Reynolds continued, “For me, the best time of my day is walking them to school and walking them back. “I think as parents, we are so much better equipped to handle the rigors of childhood through our kids now than when I was a kid. It’s just totally different now."
