The winners of the 2025 BET Awards have been revealed.
On Monday night, June 9, hundreds of celebrities flocked to the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles to attend Culture's Biggest Night. The first winner of the night was Summer Walker, who won the BET Her Award. Next up was Doechii, who took home the award for Best Female Hip Hop Artist. She took some time to call out ICE and the Trump Administration for how they're handling protests in Los Angeles. Later on, SZA was awarded "Best Female R&B/Pop Artist" followed by Kendrick Lamar, who won "Album of the Year" for his GNX LP.
Kendrick Lamar dominated with 5 wins out of 10 nominations in numerous categories. K.Dot won the awards for "Best Collaboration" thanks to his hit song with SZA "luther," "Best Male Hip Hop Artist," "Video of the Year," and "Video Director of the Year" thanks to his and Dave Free's "Not Like Us" visuals. Following Kendrick is SZA, who also won "Best Collaboration" as well as "Best Female R&B/Pop Artist."
Other big winners of the night are Leon Thomas, who won "Best New Artist," plus Future and Metro Boomin, who won "Best Group." See the full list of winners in bold below.
