Katy Perry is teasing more music with a brand new single.

On Tuesday (November 4), the "Woman's World" singer got fans excited about her next era by announcing her upcoming new track "Bandaids." While not much is known about the song, which drops on Thursday, November 6, Perry shared the single's cover art on Instagram, putting her battered and bruised visage on display as she stared directly into the camera, small cuts covering her face.

As of Tuesday, it is also unclear if the new track will be a one-off single that Perry wanted to share as soon as possible with fans or if it is a hint that a new album may be on the way, per Billboard.

"Bandaids" is the first song since her 2024 album 143, a project with a symbolic meaning that features the singles "Woman's World," "Lifetimes" and "I'm His, He's Mine." Since the album's release in September 2024, Perry has been supporting the record on the road throughout her Lifetimes Tour. The tour kicked off in April and is set to conclude next month.

The "Firework" singer commemorated the anniversary of 143's release in an emotional letter on her Instagram. In the post, she shared snapshots from significant moments of the era and reflected on "the incredible impact this last year has had on me."
