Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt are planning for the future.
The Saturday Night Live alum, 32, and the British actress, 29, recently spoke to Us Weekly about the "insane" notion of already wanting to expand their family, one month after welcoming their first child together, a daughter named Scottie.
"I didn't think I would already think about having another one," Hewitt said. "The idea of that sounds absolutely insane right now... The process of giving birth is so insane, but so empowering once it happens. Just having this little thing, I really can't explain how incredible the whole thing is."
She continued, "The idea of making another one and making a sibling is something I've already been like, 'I want to do it again.' They're so tiny when they come out, and they grow so fast, it's crazy."
The King of Staten Island star explained how they "love the idea of her being a big sister" and "want her to have a friend, for sure." However, Davidson noted that while he and Hewitt "talk about next steps," they are focused right now on getting into a routine with their newborn.
"The first three months of the baby is, you're just keeping her alive," he said. "We're already, like, we're gonna have another one."
Davidson and Hewitt became parents last month when she gave birth to their "perfect angel girl," Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, on December 12.
"my best work yet," she captioned their announcement on Instagram, sharing photos of her and Davidson with their newborn daughter. "i am absolutely overflowing with love and gratitude and disbelief."
