Channing Tatum is tackling unexpected challenges head on.

On Wednesday (February 4), the Blink Twice star, 45, shared a black-and-white photo to Instagram of him laying on a hospital bed in a cap and gown as he prepared to undergo surgery on his shoulder. According to TMZ, Tatum reportedly injured his shoulder after falling while skiing at Sundance.

"Just another day. Another challenge. This one is gonna be hard. But whatever. Let's get it in," he captioned the post.

Tatum clarified the reason behind the procedure on his Instagram Stories, sharing an X-ray image of his upper arm and revealing he had a "separated shoulder." He followed up the snap with another photo post-surgery detailing a large screw holding the bones together, writing, "Screwed shoulder. Yay."

The Magic Mike actor's post was met with love and support in the comments, People reports, from Jamie Foxx, who wrote, "Prayers up let's go champ," and Teddy Swims, who left a series of praying emojis, to Tatum's girlfriend, model Inka Williams, who told her beau, "Big bad wolf 🤍 we got disss."

Tatum and Williams first sparked romance in rumors in February 2025 and went Instagram official in April when she shared a PDA-packed birthday tribute to the 21 Jump Street star. They later made their red carpet debut in September and were joined by his 12-year-old daughter Everly, whom he shares with ex-wife Jenna Dewan.
