Taylor Swift is dancing through the lightning strikes with her famous friends.

On Friday (February 6), Swift dropped the video for her latest single "Opalite," from her 2025 album The Life of a Showgirl, and she enlisted the help of several familiar faces to help tell the story. Written and directed by Swift, the star-studded video features incredible 1990s-era fashion and appearances from Domhnall Gleeson, Lewis Capaldi, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, Cillian Murphy and Graham Norton, all of whom she appeared alongside a chat on The Graham Norton Show in October.

The video opens with a '90s-style informercial for a magical Opalite spray, a solution people who have been "unsatisfied in life" to help turn "crappiness into happiness," before cutting to a brunette Swift whose other half is a rock. Despite her attempts at bonding with the inanimate object through aerobics workouts and trips to the bar that end with her getting kicked out, Swift remains defeated.

Gleeson's character finds himself in a similar situation with a cactus, whose relationship is a slow death by a thousand cuts, until he sprays it with a bottle of Opalite and Swift appears in its place. Finally, it seems the pair have finally met their match, posing for hilarious glam photoshoots, snapped by their new friend and mall worker Capaldi, and even competing in a dance competition, taken very seriously and in matching blue sparkling outfits.

The video even ended with a "Where Are They Now" segment for Rock and Cactus, who "married in a small, intimate ceremony after meeting through Opalite."
