Cardi B has praised Bad Bunny for taking a bold stance against the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's recent practices.

Before she appeared at Super Bowl LX in Santa Clara, the "Outside" rapper attended the Fanatics Super Bowl Party on Saturday night, February 7, where she was asked about Bad Bunny's halftime show. She told the interviewer that she was "proud" of Benito and praised him for speaking out against ICE during his acceptance speech at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.

“I’m proud of everything that he’s been standing up for against ICE and everything,” Cardi B said

“It just feels like everything is aligned right now,” she continued. “It just shows how Hispanics, Latinos, we standing. They standing. We all standing.”

After winning Album of the Year at the 68th Grammy Awards, Bad Bunny used his acceptance speech to say "ICE Out" and made a plea for the Latin community against those who automatically assume all immigrants are illegal.

“We’re not savages, we’re not animals, we’re not aliens. We are humans, and we are Americans," he said at the podium. "Also, I want to say to the people...I know it's tough not to hate on these days, and I was thinking sometimes we get contaminamos. The hate gets more powerful with more hate. The only thing that's more powerful than hate is love, so, please, we need to be different. If we fight, we have to do it with love. If we don't hate them, we love our people, and we love our family. And that's the way to do it, with love."

Cardi B didn't get to perform with Bad Bunny during the Super Bowl Halftime Show, but she did appear in La Casita on the field with other celebrities like Karol G, Young Miko, Jessica Alba and Pedro Pascal.
