Hailey Bieber's son has a sporty new obsession.
The Rhode founder appeared as a guest on the Wednesday (February 18) episode of Jake Shane's Therapuss podcast where she shared an adorable update on her and husband Justin Bieber's 16-month-old son Jack Blues Bieber, revealing that he has started talking and even has a new favorite word, per E! News.
"He says 'basketball' all the time," she said. "I went to get him up from his nap today, and he was like 'basketball.' It's insane. So funny."
The sporting term is not the only word Jack has been focused on lately as Bieber shared her son has also "started saying please" in addition to knowing the word in American Sign Language.
"He knew how to sign please for a really long time. So if I would say, 'Hey, say please,' he would go this," she said, signing the word herself in ASL, "as please."
The model and the "Yukon" singer, who have been married since 2018, welcomed Jack, their first child together, in August 2024. In her chat with Shane, Bieber gushed over how fun motherhood has been with her baby boy, People reports.
"It is so fun. I always knew I wanted kids, I always wanted to be a mom," she said. "And then when it happens, you never know what to expect and you don't know what it's going to be like. And honestly it's so much fun."
