Avan Jogia has found a true partner in Halsey.
The 56 Days star, 34, recently spoke with People about how important it is that he has a relationship with another creative who understands the complexities behind the scenes. Jogia and Halsey have been linked since 2023, and the "Without Me" singer, 31, confirmed their engagement in September 2024.
"I feel like generally, there's foundational things about your life, especially as an actor ... which is: There [are] some things about your life that are sacred and normal and essential to your core," he said, adding of his fiancée, "And being able to have a partner to come home to and talk about just the frustrations of creativity, and just how hard it is to create, is such a joy."
The Victorious alum explained that, as a fellow artist, Halsey's ability to understand the frustrations of his work and the creative process is "rare" but "the best thing."
"It sort of completes the circle for me, as an artist, just to have somebody that you can come home to and be able to work out your day with," he said. "I mean, this is the joy."
Earlier this month, the "Colors" singer penned their own passionate tribute to their fiancé on Instagram in honor of his birthday.
"he is fiercely intelligent. his kindness seems impossible but proves otherwise daily. he is funny, talented and annoyingly likable. he is going to make/do incredible things in this lifetime and this birthday is barely a tick in that timeline.
