Khloé Kardashian is weirded out over AI-generated videos of her with her late father Robert Kardashian.
In the February 25 episode of her Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, the Good American co-founder said she is "terrified" of artificial intelligence and addressed well-meaning AI videos generated by fans that depict her with her dad, who passed away in 2003 at 59 after a battle with esophageal cancer, per E! News.
"I'm sure people think it's sweet, but even the AI videos of my dad kissing me on my forehead — I don't know, that freaks me out a little bit. I can't explain it," she said, adding, "I know people are doing it 'cause they think it's so nice, but I'm like, 'That's just weird.' I don't know why it weirds me out."
The Kardashians star also explained that AI-generated videos and photos have become so undetectable in recent years that she has been fooled by fake clips of her own family.
"With the advancement of AI, I'll see videos of my sisters and I have to send it to them and be like, 'Wait, did you really say this?'" she said. "When I'm questioning it, nine out of 10 times, it's not them, it's AI. And that's so f---ing scary."
Kardashian isn't the only one who has called out the use of AI modeled after loved ones who have passed away. In October 2025, Robin Williams' daughter Zelda Williams slammed fans of the late Good Will Hunting actor for sending her AI-generated videos of her dad and begged, "if you've got any decency, just stop doing this to him and to me, to everyone even, full stop."
