Benny Blanco came to his bride Selena Gomez's rescue after she misplaced her wedding vows mere days before they got married.

The producer appeared on Thursday's (February 26) episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! alongside his pal and Friends Keep Secrets podcast cohost Lil Dicky, real name Dave Burd, where he revealed that he saved the day ahead of his and Gomez's September 2025 nuptials, per Billboard.

Blanco explained that the Rare Beauty founder was upset when she couldn't find her vows for days after misplacing them five days before the ceremony. Fortunately, Blanco said he found the "handwritten" words "right before the wedding." When asked if he taken a look at what Gomez planned to pledge at the altar, Blanco was quick to deny and said he immediately gave the vows back to his bride-to-be.

"No, no, I didn't look. I closed my eyes and handed them to her. I swear! I swear I didn't look," he said, joking that the entire ordeal made him look good at the perfect time. "It was like the best thing I could have done. I'm about to marry her and then I find the thing? She was crying because she couldn't find [them]."

Gomez and Blanco tied the knot September 27, 2025, in a romantic ceremony in California, surrounded by family and friends, including Taylor Swift and Gomez's Only Murders in the Building costars Steve Martin and Martin Short. They recently celebrated their first Valentine's Day as a married couple with a romantic backyard date at home.
