From one wedding to another? Cher recently sparked marriage rumors with her partner Alexander "AE" Edwards while attending her son Chaz Bono's own nuptials.
The "If I Could Turn Back Time" singer, 79, showed up in style at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Monday (March 9) to watch her son, whom she welcomed with late ex-husband Sonny Bono, say "I do" to longtime partner Shara Blue Mathes, per Page Six.
While she was celebrating the happy couple's big day, Cher's choice of accessories also caught the attention of eagle-eyed fans that caused speculation that she and Edwards may have tied the knot themselves. The legendary musician was seen wearing a massive diamond ring on her left ring finger paired with an equally dazzling band.
As of Tuesday, it is unclear whether Cher and Edwards are actually married, with reps for both not immediately responding to request for comment from Page Six. In December 2025, however, a spokesperson for the "Believe" singer disputed reports that they were preparing to walk down the aisle.
Cher and Edwards, 40, have been linked since 2022, after they were spotted holding hands while out in Los Angeles with rapper Tyga, People reports. Since going public, they have repeatedly defended their 40-year age gap, with Cher once telling a user on X that "love doesn't know math."
Cher has been married twice before, to her Sonny & Cher counterpart and Allman Brothers Band musician Gregg Allman. She has two sons, Chaz Bono and Elijah Blue Allman. Edwards shares 6-year-old son Slash with ex Amber Rose.
