Nicole Kidman isn't holding back.
The Big Little Lies actress joined Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang on the March 11 episode of their Las Culturistas podcast where she got real about being less-than-thrilled to kiss her costar Alexander Skarsgård after his choice of meal between scenes, per People.
"When Alexander Skarsgård ate a falafel sandwich before we did the scenes in Big Little Lies, I'm like, 'No, no, no, Alex. I'm meant to be into you and kissing you — put away the falafel now," she said, quipping, "I'm sure he did not eat a falafel ever again. I said, 'No more falafel. Not before you kiss, not before you make love.'"
The Babygirl star added that bad breath is "a deal-breaker" for her.
"You could be the most gorgeous, gorgeous guy, and if you came at me with bad breath, I'm like, no. If I say, 'Breathe on me,' and I have to recoil, yikes, I'm out. You could not offer me enough money," she said, joking that she was "relieved" when she temporarily lost her sense of smell from COVID and could finally be "free."
Elsewhere in the chat, Kidman revealed that she has a "go-to" comfort movie that she watches with her daughter whenever they are in "a funk," and that they will even act out their favorite scenes together.
On Las Culturistas, Rogers and Yang "get into the hottest pop-culture moments of the day" and even hang out with special guests like Brittany Snow, Jennifer Lawrence, Reese Witherspoon, and Lady Gaga, to name a few. Check out more episodes of the Las Culturistas podcast at iHeart.com.
