Don't expect Miley Cyrus' wedding to Maxx Morando to be a big Hollywood affair.

A source recently spoke to People about the 33-year-old "Flowers" singer's upcoming nuptials to her fiancé, explaining that "she's not planning some huge, traditional event" and instead wants a more intimate and "meaningful" celebration when she marries the Liily drummer, 27.

"Maxx is extremely private, and that's just not who he is," the insider said. "When they do get married, it will be something smaller and meaningful to them. Not a big Hollywood production."

They added that Cyrus, who confirmed her engagement to her longtime partner in December 2025 after four years of dating, is enjoying this current chapter of her life.

"Miley really loves her life right now," the source said. "Everything just feels like it's falling into place for her."

An insider told Us Weekly in December that the Something Beautiful musician is considering "eloping" with her fiancé because she isn't "super into the idea of doing another wedding" and "doesn't necessarily want to be a 'bride' again." Whatever they decide, the couple will ""definitely celebrate in their own way."

"They have talked about eloping and doing something very private with just the two of them," the source said. "She is embracing this era being engaged and is not in a rush to plan anything."
