The 2026 Electronic Dance Music Awards (EDMAs) have crowned their winners, with Martin Garrix, Dom Dolla, and ILLENIUM among the night's biggest honorees during one of Miami Music Week's most celebrated gatherings.
This year's EDMAs moved to the iconic Clevelander South Beach in Miami Beach, just ahead of Ultra Music Festival weekend, with the relocation being designed to create a bigger, more immersive experience for artists, industry leaders, and fans alike. True to form, the show skipped traditional awards-show formalities in favor of live performances and surprise guest appearances, with winners accepting their signature "Deck" trophy in front of a crowd already in full swing.
iHeartRadio's Sean "Hollywood" Hamilton, who is founder and executive producer of the EDMAs, captured the event's energy in his own words, sharing, "We continue our tradition of being the only major fan-voted awards platform exclusively for the electronic dance music global community," Hamilton said. "It's another year of us hittin' you with massive A-list surprise performances, along with EDM's biggest hit makers accepting their much-deserved 'Deck' award. LET'S GO!"
The fan-voted awards spanned 43 categories, reflecting the full spectrum of today's dance music landscape — from festival mainstage anthems to underground club breakthroughs. Garrix earned multiple wins, with nominations across categories including Best DJ Set (his B2B with Alesso at Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado), Best Radio Show for" The Martin Garrix Show," and top track nods for "MAD" (with Lauv) and "Inside Our Hearts" (with Alesso and Shaun Farrugia). ILLENIUM picked up recognition for his track "Forever" (with Tom Grennan and Alna) and his dedicated fan base, the [Illenials], in the Best Fan Army category. Dom Dolla scored wins including recognition for "Dreamin'" (featuring Daya) and his celebrated B2B set with John Summit at Ultra Music Festival 2025 in Miami.
House music continued its global surge at the ceremony, with artists like Dom Dolla, Cloonee, and John Summit reinforcing the genre's dominance. Melodic-tech innovator Anyma also took home honors, while vocal powerhouses including HAYLA appeared across several high-profile categories. Long-standing favorites Tiësto, David Guetta, and Armin van Buuren demonstrated their cross-generational staying power with multiple nominations and wins throughout the night.
