Channing Tatum is "feeling better" after a "rough" few months.

On Monday (March 30), the Magic Mike star, 45, took to Instagram to share an update on his mental health amid his recovery from shoulder surgery, per People. After a difficult few months and experiencing the "lowest of lows," Tatum explained that he is finally feeling like he is in a better head space.

"It's a good day, finally. This has been a rough one. I've been mentally up and down in my head more than I think I've ever been in my life," he said in a video, adding in the caption, "This one has been the lowest of the lows. But starting to come out the other side. Feeling better than i have in months mentally."

After showing off the fading scar from his emergency surgery in February to address a separated shoulder, the Roofman actor also gave an update on his healing progress, revealing that he is "getting some mobility back" and can start training again before he starts filming his next movie, a project about the Isle of Mann motorcycle race.

"It's gonna be a grind," he said. "Wish me some luck."

On February 4, the Blink Twice actor shared a photo of himself in the hospital preparing to undergo surgery, telling fans, "Just another day. Another challenge," he captioned the post. "This one is gonna be hard. But whatever. Let's get it in." He later noted that the scar from getting a surgical screw placed in his shoulder was much bigger than he was anticipating, but joked that "it's my fault for not asking" but that he "[likes] scars anyway."
