Becky G is opening up about her relationship with Sebastian Lletget, revealing that she called off their engagement over cheating allegations.
On the April 1 episode of the "Call Her Daddy" podcast, the "MAMIII" singer got personal about navigating the cheating allegations that first made headlines in March 2023.
"It was so hard to shut out the noise," she told host Alex Cooper. "I called off my engagement. I took off my ring."
The "Shower" songstress also opened up about learning to put herself first in the wake of the allegations.
"The thing about betrayal is it doesn't just make you not trust the other person," she admitted. "You don't trust yourself anymore. But this is about me. And there was something so empowering about that process to say 'No, I come first.'"
She also admitted that she and Lletget were still a couple, and that she'd love to get married.
"I would love to," she told Cooper, adding "re-propose to me."
Becky and the professional soccer player got engaged in 2022 after six years of dating. However, in March 2023, a woman posted on Instagram alleging she had proof that Lletget had cheated. Days later, according to PEOPLE, he took to his Instagram to apologize to Becky, adding he would do "whatever it takes to earn back" her trust.
