Jessica Simpson reportedly has a new man in her life.
According to a report by People on Friday (April 3), a source said that the Nashville Canyon singer, 45, is "happy" in her new romance with Nashville-based roadie musician Thomas Eisenhood following her split from estranged husband Eric Johnson.
"She's happy. She's in a great place, excited for her future," the source said.
TMZ was first to report Simpson's relationship, claiming the new couple, who met through mutual friends in the industry, have been seeing each other for around three months and spending time together when she visits her home in Music City. However, they are reportedly taking it slow and he has not met her children.
Simpson's new romance comes more than one year after she and Johnson announced their separation. In January 2025, the former couple shared a statement confirming they had split after 10 years of marriage and were focusing on what was best for their children and "[working] through this as a family." Simpson and Johnson share three kids: daughters Maxwell Drew, 13, and Birdie Mae, 7, and son Ace Knute, 12.
The Dukes of Hazzard actress previously shared that she wasn't lacking in "options" in the dating scene when she was asked about potentially joining The Bachelorette to look for a new love.
