Meghan Trainor wishes someone gave her a heads up about being a mom of three.
The "Still Don't Care" singer, 32, got honest about the messy reality of having three young children during an appearance on the April 9 episode of Kylie Kelce's Not Gonna Lie podcast, per People. Trainor shares three kids with husband Daryl Sabara, sons Riley, 5, and Barry, 2, and daughter Mikey, 3 months.
"I'm Meghan Trainor, and I'm not gonna lie, I didn't expect to pick this many boogers as a mom," she said. "Nobody warned me."
Trainor, who secretly welcomed her third child with Sabara earlier this year, explained that because of having so many young kids under the same roof, she and her husband are always dealing with one issue or another, joking they are "in the storm" of it all.
"I have three now, and it's just like one's infected in a weird place, one has diarrhea plus pinkeye and the other one's just not sleeping or eating," she said. "We're in the storm."
Trainor and Sabara announced on Instagram in January that they had welcomed their daughter, Mikey Moon, via surrogate. She shared several photos of their now family of five spending time with their newest addition and praised their "superwoman surrogate" for helping round out their family.
"Our baby girl Mikey Moon Trainor has finally made it to the world thanks to our incredible, superwoman surrogate," she wrote. "We are forever grateful to all the doctors, nurses, teams who made this dream possible. We had endless conversations with our doctors in this journey and this was the safest way for us to be able to continue growing our family. We are over the moon in love with this precious girl."
Her sons appeared to be adjusting to the change quite well, as Trainor later shared they were both "over the moon" with their baby sister.
"Riley takes his 'big brother' role very seriously, and Barry is just so gentle and curious with her," she said. "Watching them bond with their sister has been one of the sweetest parts of this whole experience."
