Leonardo DiCaprio knows how to roll with the punches.
Nikki Glaser joined host Jimmy Fallon on the April 21 episode of The Tonight Show where she explained just how unbothered DiCaprio was at the joke aimed the Romeo + Juliet actor's way while she hosted the 2026 Golden Globes in January, per E! News. He was one of many celebrities in the hot seat during Glaser's second year hosting the awards show.
"After I do it, I always send flowers to everyone that I made fun of that was a good sport about it, which was everyone, just to say thank you because it is a part of why I'm successful at it," she said.
While it appears that most celebs accepted the peace offering as is, she revealed that DiCaprio took her joke a step further and was "the only person who sent something back to me."
The Nikki Glaser Podcast host admitted she struggled with writing a joke about DiCaprio that wasn't about his history of younger girlfriends because "it's been done so many times." The 51-year-old actor, who was nominated for his role in One Battle After Another, has been dating model Vittoria Ceretti, 27, since 2023.
"But it was like there was nothing else to say about him. Then I was like, 'Well, that's kind of funny.' So I was like, 'This guy doesn't reveal anything about himself. Let's find something he's revealed," she said, leading to her team finding an old teen magazine that featured some small insight into the Titanic actor's world. "I was like, 'Leo, we don't know anything about you. The only thing we know about you is from a Teen Beat article in 1991 where you told us your favorite food is pasta, pasta, and more pasta.'"
The quip seemingly landed well with DiCaprio, who shared his love of pasta with Glaser long after the curtains closed.
"He sent me three baskets of pasta as a thank you," she said. "He sent me pasta. So funny. So good. Part of me was like, 'Does Leo want to smash?' Like, I was like, 'All right.' Then I was like, 'The type of girl he goes for, he wouldn't send past to.' It was a dry pasta."
