Hailey Bieber is sharing her role in giving Justin Bieber superfan Billie Eilish the serenade of her dreams.
While at the Time100 Gala in New York on Thursday (April 23), the Rhode founder revealed to Time that it was her plan to get Eilish on stage with Justin during his headlining set at Coachella on April 18 and explained how the "incredible" moment came to be, per E! News.
"We love Billie so much. We adore her, couldn't love her more. I just thought it would be so full circle to have that happen since they met for the first time at Coachella."
The "Bird of a Feather" singer first met the "Daisies" musician in 2019 while in the crowd watching Ariana Grande perform at the annual festival. Given how big a fan she had been of Bieber for years, she was so overwhelmed and in awe that she fell to the ground, E! notes. She had a similar reaction when joining him on stage last week, smiling as Bieber hugged her while singing "One Less Lonely Girl."
Speaking to Time, Hailey admitted that she had been thinking "for months" about getting Eilish on stage and managed to keep it a surprise for her until the time came to make it a reality.
"I thought it would be a really fun idea so to see it come to life and see it happen," she said. "Obviously, we told her in the moment and she is the best sport and the best woman."
Days after the surprise reunion on stage, Eilish was still not over the performance and shared a series of throwback photos and videos from her Justin Bieber fangirl era to prove just how full-circle of a moment it really was.
