Travis Kelce is happy to let his fiancée Taylor Swift command every spotlight.
In the May 13 episode of his and brother Jason Kelce's New Heights podcast, the Kansas City Chiefs player sparked a hilarious conversation with guest Colin Jost about a relationship title they both have in common. The Saturday Night Live comedian has been married to Black Widow star Scarlett Johansson since 2020 and they share one child, a son named Cosmo born in 2021, per People.
"As two guys who are also of the plus one fraternity and have the same experience, how nice is it to be the less famous person in your relationship?" he joked, leading Jost to remark that it is a "huge relief."
The NFL star gave a "shout out to the plus ones out there" as Jost noted that, because of Travis' highly-publicized romance with Swift, the two of them "can commiserate."
The Weekend Update co-host, however, explained that his marriage to the Jurassic World Rebirth actress impacted his standup comedy career because he had jokes "either about the idea of dating or the idea of marriage or what that is."
"I can't be like, 'She's nagging me about this!'" he said. "Everyone's like, 'Shut the f--- up!' It eliminated that part of standup."
Elsewhere in the podcast episode, Travis shared details of his recent "fun" trip with Swift to London.
