Nothing says the start of a happily ever after quite like a song about jealousy.

During a recent conversation at an early screening of his new movie Power Ballad, Nick Jonas revealed the "odd request" he has received while attending weddings in the past, per People. While being asked to perform, especially one of his biggest solo hits, it's the choice of song that has surprised him.

"You know, I've gone to a few weddings where, you know, I'm friends with the bride and groom or with the family, whatever it is, and in one case they came up, and the bride and groom asked, 'Can you please play 'Jealous'?" he said.

The Sunday Best singer explained that the 2014 track, from his self-titled sophomore solo album, feels ill-fitting to sing at a wedding, but he has still honored the request.

"I'm kind of reluctant because it's not the best sentiment, the night you're committing your whole lives to each other," he said. "But, it's fun.

However, the Jonas Brothers musician, who recently launched his brand new Hey Jonas! podcast with his brothers Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas, does have the perfect song in mind for the occasion. While speaking to Entertainment Weekly at the SXSW premiere of Power Ballad, he revealed his pick for the "ultimate wedding song."
