Blake Shelton said he’s “so proud of my wife,” Gwen Stefani, after he attended No Doubt’s residency over the weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The country megastar posted a clip on his social media accounts that shows Stefani telling the Sphere audience, “Blake Shelton’s here.” It goes on to show Shelton — and the crowd — singing along to No Doubt’s “Just A Girl.” Shelton wrote in his caption that he’s “so proud of my wife [Gwen Stefani] and the [No Doubt] guys for working their a**es off… un-freakin-real.”
Previously, the two artists were unable to attend one another’s Vegas shows. Shelton returned to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace earlier this month. He jointly told fans, “my wife came to town. She’s here. I mean, she’s not here. She’s over there at the other venue. What kind of a d***head books us on the exact same nights every single night? I think my manager did that.” Earlier this year, Shelton joked in an interview with PEOPLE, “there'll be probably a little bit of trash talking,” as he and Stefani are in “direct competition” between their respective residencies.
Shelton and Stefani met in 2014 on the set of The Voice. They confirmed their relationship in 2015, got engaged in 2020, and said “I do” in 2021 on Shelton’s ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Shelton previously told Entertainment Tonight, “if I could have a repeat of these past 10 years [together, that] would be perfect.”
