Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas reunited for a special "throwback" honor.

Fergie, will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo had an onstage reunion at the 2026 American Music Awards on Monday (May 25) when they were presented with the award for Best Throwback Song for "Rock That Body," a track featured on their 2009 album The E.N.D. , per E! News. The "Big Girls Don't Cry" singer, who previously stepped away from the BEP to focus on solo music, left the group in 2018.

"What a moment," Fergie said in their acceptance speech. "I want to thank all of the fans for voting for this so I can stand up here right now with my longtime friends and brothers, the Black Eyed Peas. In honor of this special song, this era, 'Rock That Body,' there's so many memories along the line with that."

Fergie also thanked the fans who have supported them over the years, and especially those who have shown extra love by using their music in the videos and content they create.

"Sometimes, the content you make is so big and the feelings are so big for me it's overwhelming to look because there's so much love that you put into it, and I just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I see you. You mean so much."

The "Fergalicious" singer ended with a special shoutout to her 12-year-old son Axl, whom she shares with ex-husband Josh Duhamel, excitedly saying she "finally" gets to tell him hi on TV. Earlier in the speech, she revealed that her son has even "put ['Rock That Body'] on his playlist."
