Justin Bieber just landed his latest gig and he's taking center stage in front of an international audience at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

On Wednesday (July 8), FIFA and Global Citizen announced that the "Yukon" singer is joining the stacked lineup for the first ever FIFA World Cup Halftime Show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on July 19, per People. Fellow superstars Madonna and Shakira as well as beloved K-pop group BTS were previously announced as headliners.

"The FIFA World Cup brings the world together in a way nothing else can," Bieber said in a statement. "I'm grateful to be part of this Halftime Show, and even more grateful knowing it's already helping expand access to education for children around the world."

FIFA previously explained that the halftime show will support the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, with $1 from each ticket sold to the World Cup matches being donated to the fund in its efforts to rase $100 million to "expand access to quality education and football for children around the world."

The 11-minute show, curated by Coldplay's Chris Martin, will also feature performances by Burna Boy, Coldplay, a chorus of fourth and fifth graders from a Staten Island elementary school and more, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The 2026 World Cup tournament kicked off June 11 with 48 teams competing across 16 cities around the United States, Canada and Mexico. The quarterfinal matches for the final eight teams are set to begin July 9, leading up to the final on July 19.
